Lead digital learning initiatives as the Content Development Specialist at YMCA Ignite. Design engaging courses while promoting inclusivity and accessibility across platforms.
As part of the Marketing & Communications team, you'll be responsible for developing innovative online learning experiences aligned with the YMCA's mission. Collaborate with experts and leverage digital media to enhance the overall learner engagement. Your insights will drive quality improvements and enrich the YMCA Ignite platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and launch learner-centered online courses
• Collaborate with teams to optimize program goals
• Create scripts, storyboards, and assessments
• Build interactive modules using authoring tools
• Support webinar planning and content preparation
