About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Content Designer / UX Content Strategist to support the evolution of a suite of business banking credit tools. This role focuses on empowering advisors with clear, consistent, and scalable content experiences that help them better serve clients’ credit needs.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and technology partners to shape content strategy, define requirements for product features, and ensure content quality across a suite of complex financial tools within a highly regulated banking environment.
