About the role
This role will see you providing specialist assessment and treatment for individuals in the criminal justice system, including risk and fitness-to-stand-trial evaluations and expert court reports. You will work closely with correctional, legal, and health services while contributing to clinical leadership, supervision, and service development within Tasmania’s forensic mental health system. The role requires advanced psychiatric expertise, strong communication skills, and involves travel and on-call duties.
