The Opportunity
Pioneer Construction is seeking a Civil Construction Superintendent in the Kenora, Ontario area to lead daily field operations across civil construction projects. This hands‑on role focuses on coordinating crews, managing site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The Superintendent plays a key role in solving on‑site challenges, maintaining productivity, and supporting successful project delivery.
