Responsibilities

• Prepare production and other reports
• Supervise workers and projects
• Co‑ordinate and schedule activities
• Train or arrange for training
• Set up machines and equipment
• Estimate costs and materials
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recommend personnel actions
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Lead and instruct individuals, supervising staff in various areas of responsibility

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 to < 3 years
