Construction Project Manager - Solar Construction

Location: Arlington, VA headquarters / Remote - US East Coast only

The Opportunity

This Construction Project Manager position is based in our Arlington, VA headquarters ; however, remote work is available for candidates located on the US East Coast only .

In this role, you will coordinate closely with internal teams, contractors, inspectors, consultants, local counties, and other relevant agencies to deliver projects successfully. You will oversee utility‑scale solar projects from the permitting phase through construction closeout and handover to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. This position is responsible for budget management, scheduling, contracting, and procurement coordination to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
