Construction Project Manager Opportunity
Job Description
Join BOXX Modular as a Construction Project Manager based in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Manage diverse projects with a focus on safety, cost, and quality execution throughout Ontario.
Reporting directly to the VP MSS Canada East, the Project Manager will lead teams and ensure that all safety standards and quality expectations are met. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, facilitating project completion, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Experience in interacting with clients and contractors is critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate safety practices using internal and external resources
• Negotiate and purchase necessary materials and subcontract services
• Ensure adherence to project budget and schedule
• Conduct site visits and review project documentation
• Prepare and document change orders for customer approval

• Secondary school completion required; BS degree preferred
