Construction Project Manager - Environmental Remediation (Kansas City, MO)

**Description** We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of coal ash pond closure and environmental remediation projects. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overall project performance including safety, schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory compliance. This role has direct accountability for managing self-performed heavy equipment operations, including production planning, equipment utilization, and field execution, while coordinating subcontracted work in a highly regulated environmental setting.
