:Parsonsislooking for an amazingly talentedConstructionProjectCoordinator to join our team! In this role, you will get towork in a substantial and critical area of project responsibility including performing both office and field activitiesfor the Faro Mine Remediation Project (FMRP).
WhatYou’llBe Doing:
Preparation of tender documents meeting the project requirements.
Supporting requests for clarification on issued documents, and issuance of addenda to tender documents.
Building new processes in SharePoint,Smartsheetsand integrating other apps into workflows for various project functions.
Supporting the drafting of contract documents, proposals, and other deliverables.
Assistingwith management and processing of invoices.
Assisting with QA/QC processes for construction, operations, and environmental teams.
