Construction Operator- Hydrovac Operator

RFNOW Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Construction and Maintenance Team as a Hydrovac Operator working out of Virden or Brandon, Manitoba. Successful candidates will be involved in the day-to-day operations, including the preparation and installation of fibre internet infrastructure.

General Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain one of a variety of Hydrovac trucks for soil excavation and removal around our fiber optic cable network.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspection reports before use, reporting any repair issues or equipment hazards immediately.
• Secure special attachments to equipment.
• Assist with general labor duties when needed to complete fibre optic construction projects.
• Transport materials and equipment to and from the jobsite, including loading and unloading.
