Construction Inspector

HDR is seeking a Construction Inspector to join our Construction and Field Services team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to coordinate and inspect on‑site construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspection and oversight of complex bridge, roadway and highway construction projects
• Maintain accurate daily diary entries and complete contract documentation records
• Maintain daily photographic records and videos as necessary to document contract activities
• Complete site surveys of completed works for tracking item and material quantities for payment
• Utilize Construction/Contract Management System (CMS) on MTO and municipal construction contracts
• Complete daily inspections in accordance with client requirements
