Nikita Construction is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator for its projects with Sandman Hotel Group in Sudbury/ON.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, our Heavy Equipment Operator must ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies. They will follow project specifications and timelines, working efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. Effective communication with supervisors and team members is essential to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Your key duties will include:

Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, front loader, rolling machine, and skidsteer.

Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation.

Follow site plans, markings, and instructions to carry out tasks efficiently and accurately.
