Concierge

As a Concierge at Charles West, you'll be the face of our luxury residential experience, reporting directly to the Leasing and Resident Experience Manager. Your role is pivotal in creating an exceptional living environment by providing personalized assistance and ensuring resident satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact, championing the resident experience and consistently exceeding expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Deliver proactive, courteous, and tailored service to current and prospective residents
• Anticipate, support and fulfill resident needs, from daily requests to special arrangements, including support with Property Management Software/Resident Portal access and training.
• Maintain expert knowledge of local amenities, services, and events
• Manage amenity bookings, deposits, and post‑event inspections
