Salary Range: $24.84 - $27.91

**Position Summary**
Under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests within his/her assigned building
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Monitors access to the property and checks for valid identification.
+ Greets all residents and guests upon entry. Announces and registers guests. Monitors the arrival and departure of vendors or contractors.
+ Ensures that the Concierge Desk is secured at all times.
+ Receives, sorts and distributes mail; accepts and signs for package deliveries.
