This managerial position involves overseeing all aspects of the Airworthiness Department, focusing on strategic direction and performance. You will lead maintenance planning and technical records, ensuring our fleet’s airworthiness aligns with Transport Canada regulations and best practices. Your leadership will foster a safety-oriented and accountable environment for staff while promoting efficiency in processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct and develop the Airworthiness team • Maintain compliance with aviation regulations • Oversee aircraft maintenance program control • Manage the integrity of technical records systems • Communicate airworthiness policies across departments
