Compliance Specialist
Atlantic, Ontario, or Manitoba – remote/hybrid. Full‑time.
Vendor Onboarding
- Respond to all vendor onboarding requests and evaluate submissions to ensure they meet Pinchin’s requirements.
- Enter vendor setups in Vision and maintain accurate, organized records.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable during payment cycles.
- Follow guidelines and seek exception reviews from the risk team; correspond with executive level employees regularly.
- Track WSIB and WCB for all vendors in each province using online databases and update Vision for out‑of‑compliance vendors.
- Analyze and verify consistency, completeness, and accuracy of vendor and insurance data.
Client Onboarding
- Handle all client requests accurately and efficiently, meeting acceptable turnaround times.
