Compliance Manager

The Global Distribution Compliance role supports Manulife Wealth & Asset Management’s governance framework, reporting to the Director of Compliance and working closely with sales support, marketing and senior leadership to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and update sales practice‑related policies to mitigate conflicts of interest and improve regulatory compliance.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert on sales‑practice compliance for projects across the organization.
• Review and approve sales practice requests and conduct investigations of sales‑practice violations.
• Provide compliance training and consultation on regulatory requirements to the Sales team.
• Maintain professional relationships with securities regulators and support audits as required.
