Compliance Analyst (Property & Casualty)
Job Description
The Law & Regulation Analyst II (official NJM job title) assists the Law and Regulation Department with ensuring Business Units adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements when performing company operations. This position promotes a culture of compliance throughout the organization. The Level II Analyst also assists the Law and Regulation Department with special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Research property and casualty insurance industry compliance regulations and laws
+ Assist in the management of the proposed regulatory comments workflow
+ Perform audits and compliance reviews to evaluate / assess internal operational and procedural compliance
+ Review, summarize, and distribute quarterly reports on Market Conduct activity in the states the Company conducts business
+ Assist with compliance meetings and educating employees on regulatory requirements
+ Assist with compliance reporting
