As part of the AgeCare team, you'll assist in delivering care tailored to individual resident needs while documenting essential information. Your role will include participating in continuous education and following Infection Prevention and Control procedures. You'll also play a part in onboarding new staff, ensuring a well-rounded team approach to care.
