Job Description
Board Meetings (AGMs/EGMs) by preparing agenda papers, drafting resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, and ensuring timely disclosures to BSE, SEBI etc Implementation of various corporate governance policies as mandated under SEBI (LODR) Regulations.Coordination with external stakeholders including Stock Exchanges, SEBI, ROC, RTA, Depositories, Printers, Statutory & Secretarial Auditors etc Preparation and finalization of the Annual Report and related annexures. End-to-end ROC filings, including Annual Returns, XBRL filings, and maintenance of Statutory Registers & Minutes Books.Strong expertise in SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA and Corporate Governance practicesExcellent drafting and communication skills
