Job Title: Community Support Worker (CSW) - Evenings and Overnight
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the CSW Managers, Community Support Workers (CSW) ensure that Cedars operates in a manner that is consistent with the goals and objectives of the treatment program. CSWs support patients in engaging with programming, upholding their responsibilities, observing the guidelines of the patient handbook and are responsible to ensure that patients’ rights are always protected. CSWs are a constant presence on the property; as such, they partner with patients through their entire journey at Cedars, utilizing a patient centered, trauma informed, and collaborative approach to care.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitors all patients’ activities and ensures that such activities are conducted according to the Daily Schedule, and in alignment with Cedars Policies and Protocols
