Community Outreach Specialist (Neurology) - #Staff

The Department of Neurology is seeking a _Community Outreach Specialist_ for the Johns Hopkins Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (JHADRC) who will assist with community outreach and recruitment efforts for research programs on aging, memory loss, and Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD). The position involves a wide range of activities that are instrumental in supporting the recruitment and retention of diverse participants; increasing community awareness on topics related to memory loss, including the importance of ADRD research and expanding the visibility of the JHADRC in the local community. Position responsibilities will be carried out under the day-to-day supervision of Cassandra Gipson, Sr. Community Outreach Specialist of the JHADRC Outreach, Recruitment, and Engagement Core, which is led by Dr. Corinne Pettigrew.
