+ POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Family Support Specialist is responsible for providing program support prevention services for families led by a parent who experiences a cognitive limitation. Services focus on child development, parent education and coordination of services/activities for members of the household. Support teaching and family supports to ensure high quality intervention.
