Job Description
Bost Inc. is looking for a full-time Community Employment Supports Waiver Manager based in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This role involves liaising with service providers and ensuring individual needs are met through personalized plans.
As a CES Waiver Manager, you will coordinate between individuals and the Provider Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity. This position requires solid experience in human services, where you will implement Person Centered Service Plans and maintain regular contact with consumers on your caseload. Other duties include budget management and ensuring the necessary documentation is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
