Communications Coordinator

Pay at Intact is about more than salary. Benefits include flexible work arrangements, a hybrid work model, up to 5 extra days off per year, telemedicine, a wellness account, and a share plan with a potential 12% of salary or more. Salary range (but not limited to): $74,800 – $91,400 based on a 35‑hour workweek. Annual bonus target: up to 7.5% of base salary, potentially double based on personal and company performance.

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our fast‑growing team. In this pan‑Canadian role, you will strengthen cohesion and collaboration across the Casualty and Legal Claims team by coordinating internal communications and managing the ongoing development of a national SharePoint. You will work in a dynamic, multi‑stakeholder environment where your rigor, judgment, and proactive approach will directly impact message alignment and communications effectiveness.
