The Work
As a Commercial Mortgage Underwriter you will underwrite CMHC‑insured and conventional commercial mortgages ranging from $2.5 M to $150 M, meet lending guidelines, manage documentation, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and support senior management with reporting.
The Core Responsibilities
- Innovative underwriting and analysis (60 %): analyze commercial credit facilities and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
