This role suits a smart, driven, sensible and down to earth Associate/SA commercial litigation lawyer who values both work quality and a collaborative team culture. The firm has a broad commercial litigation practice. Your career will benefit from exposure to class actions, insolvency litigation, and regulatory investigations. You will be involved in aspects of competition and consumer law, including advisory matters, regulatory investigations and enforcement action, mergers, access regulation, product safety and franchising.
