Commercial Account Manager, Portfolio Management

As part of a growing and dynamic Commercial Portfolio Management team, the Account Manager is responsible for underwriting renewals, assumptions, and annual reviews relating to all commercial mortgage product types.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, assumptions, annual reviews, and ad‑hoc requests, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s lending guidelines, risk appetite, and procedures.
• Ensure superior customer service is being delivered.
• Communicate with external contacts (partners, brokers, counsel, etc.) and internal contacts (management, funders, coordinators, etc.) to meet deadlines and maintain high service standards.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficient underwriting skills with 3–5 years of commercial mortgage and/or single‑family residential underwriting experience.
