Drive excellence in combat operations training as a Combat Operations Training Agent, focusing on SEACOT and SEAWOLF simulations for the Royal Canadian Navy. Your role will support critical training events and instructor development initiatives.
This position entails providing extensive training support in essential Commander roles within the operational training framework. You will utilize your knowledge of complex naval tactics and simulator systems to enhance learning outcomes. Flexibility and collaboration with different teams are needed to adapt to evolving training demands.
