Collision General Manager

Position Summary This is a leadership role for a hands on operator who is ready to run a shop and grow into ownership. You will own the day to day operation of the collision center: leading technicians, controlling workflow, writing and overseeing estimates, and holding the line with carriers on accurate, complete, and safe repairs. You will drive the metrics that matter, including cycle time, customer satisfaction, capture ratio, and gross profit, and deliver a customer experience that earns repeat business and dealer referrals. The owner runs the financials today and will mentor you into the full profit and loss over time, with a clear path into a true General Manager seat and potential equity in the business.
