Ensure the effective collection of claims issued by the audit team in accordance with the guidelines established for this purpose and coordinates collection efforts to meet collection objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare collection letters in accordance with company policies and ensure they are sent to vendors within established guidelines.
- Continuously follow up on assigned claims, providing accurate information and maintaining effective communication to complete the recovery process.
- Support the audit team during the claims process
- Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures established to collect the identified claims.
