Requirements

• Advanced English skills required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Collections experience required

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls on delinquent accounts
• Receiving inbound calls on delinquent accounts
• Handling redemptions
• Handling repossessed accounts
• Out for repossession reviews
• Skip tracing
• Loan hardship reviews
• Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
• Identifying accounts that require management review
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Maintaining required standards set by the department
• Adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent customer service skills
