Collection Strategy Lead, Amazon Credito Mx

Proven 8+ years of experience working in Consumer Credit Collection or similar role, with 4+ years in a MX Consumer Credit business owned/operated by a MX store
- Proven understanding of consumer credit products and industry regulations in Mexico
- Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
- Bachelor ́s Degree or certificate of completion of studies required
- English and Spanish Proficiency, both written and spoken
Amazon Crédito Mexico (MX) is looking for a Collection Strategy lead to own
(a) Collection Strategy;
(b) Collection Policy (part 2 of 3 of the Amazon Crédito Policy);
(c) Collection Channels' Decisions; and
(d) Requirements for Collection Decision Models (e.g., internal/external data required; data initial calibration/weight; variable definition and formulas; metrics dashboard to monitor results; alarms; etc).
