Summary
Volunteers will peel, chop, cut, and slice produce to transform it into ready‑to‑use prepared food packages. Other tasks may include portioning dry goods into individual or family size portions and sealing packages (manually or with equipment).

About This Opportunity – Collaborative Kitchen Volunteer
Shift days: Wednesdays
Shift times: 9:00-11:30am; 1:00-3:30pm
Location: 310 Limeridge Rd W, Unit 10, Hamilton (Neighbour to Neighbour Community Food Centre)
Volunteers will be tasked with peeling, chopping, cutting produce and/or portioning food and sealing packages. Closed‑toe shoes are required, and volunteers will be provided with aprons and hairnets to use while participating (baseball hats are welcome in lieu of a hairnet).
