Co-op Student for SYSTRA Rail Project

SYSTRA Canada is seeking a Co-op Student to join their Rail & Transit project team in Hamilton for 12-16 months. This role is centered on supporting deliverables and fostering skills in the transportation field.
As a Co-op Student, you will assist the project lead, take meeting minutes, manage schedules, and track tasks across disciplines. Your role will also involve maintaining focus on high-risk project items and providing administrative support to aid project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the project lead in delivering key tasks
• Take and distribute minutes for project meetings
• Manage schedule effectively with team follow-ups
• Coordinate actions across various project disciplines
• Provide necessary reporting and administrative support
Requirements:
• Must report to the office five days per week
