Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Co-op Estimator will support with the delivery of accurate and timely cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects.

Co-op opportunities vary in length, this opportunity currently has openings for an 8, 12 or 16 month work term.

What You'll Do Here:

• Analyzes documents, specifications, proposals, addendums in preparation for pricing
• Assists with RFP’s and General Contract tender submissions.
• Supports team in preparing quantity take-offs from construction drawings where applicable.
• Research and/or obtains pricing from Suppliers and Subcontractors that can be incorporated into project estimates.
