Join Aecon as a Co-op Assistant in Cost Control, where you will focus on supporting project teams in cost and risk management. This is an excellent 8-month learning opportunity.
In this role with Aecon Civil, you will contribute to the management of project controls in the Greater Toronto Area. You'll support various stakeholders by gathering risk data and assisting senior personnel with risk analysis and documentation tasks, ensuring the integrity of budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid project teams in cost control and risk management
• Collect and disseminate risk data among stakeholders
• Assist with benchmarking and document initiatives
• Analyze and maintain risk registers
• Present project findings as needed
Requirements:
• Studying Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Understanding project management and cost engineering
