Co-Director of Care (RN) & IPAC Coordinator

Status: Temporary Full Time (12 Months)

Location: On site at 1210 Southdale Road East, London, ON at Meadow Park London

Under the direction of the Director of Care, the Co-Director of Care (RN) performs nursing skills in accordance with the standards of nursing practice as outlined by the College of Nurses to ensure the provision of optimum care for each individual resident. The Co-Director of Care (RN) is responsible and accountable for the coordination, implementation and overall management of essential programs to the home which could include wound care, infection control, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The Co-Director of Care (RN) is also required to adhere to safety protocols, contribute to policy development, and ensure the accuracy of resident assessment data.
