As a Level 3 Technician, you will analyze specifications, create CNC programs, and operate CNC Mills and Lathes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring machine safety, conducting inspections, and managing raw material efficiently. Contribute vital expertise in troubleshooting machinery and mentoring junior technicians for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC Lathe and Mill safely and effectively
• Conduct pre-use machinery inspections for damages
• Load materials into CNC machines securely
• Measure in-process and finished parts accurately
• Provide mentorship to junior CNC technicians
Requirements:
• Experience safely operating CNC Lathe and Mill
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with Mastercam or Fusion 360
