Join CNC in Prince George as a Continuing Education Manager! Lead the development and execution of effective educational programs and operational strategies within Continuing Education.
The Manager will be tasked with guiding the operations and administrative responsibilities of Continuing Education, ensuring the efficient delivery of programs and services. Collaborating with various departments, you will address operational challenges and implement evidence-based solutions to improve the educational framework across the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CE operational and administrative initiatives
• Develop, manage, and evaluate CE processes and budgets
• Supervise and mentor CE operational staff
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies
• Communicate effectively across multiple departments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Education or related field
• Five years’ management experience, with team supervision
