Our club runs on RAMP (Resistance Applied Metabolic Prescription), a structured fitness program we prescribe to every member — not just the ones paying extra for personal training. Your job on any shift is to be the person who makes the club feel welcoming, keeps things running whether ownership is on or off the clock, and introduces new and prospective members to what we actually do here.
