Link-Worldwide is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues on Google Cloud products.
Qualifications:

- At least two years of experience in technical support
- Coding/debugging skills
Responsibilities:
- Work in a team that ensures 24-hour customer support for customers
- Advocate for their needs and resolve issues promptly
