• Represent shareholders of the company in Brazil.
• Act as the legal representative of the company in Brazil, managing business activities, foreign investment receipt, currency liquidation, bank operations, and ensuring adherence to Brazilian laws.
• Represent the company as a global player.
• Maintain 100% service levels in operations.
• Ensure speed and accuracy in laboratory operations.
• Develop cost-effective strategies to provide value-added services.
• Ensure statutory and safety compliance.
• Obtain necessary accreditations.
• Maintain cost-effectiveness and proper accounting.
• Build and develop an effective team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
