Clinical Practice Manager (Interim)

Reporting directly to the Director of Bed-based Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the advancement of mental health and addictions knowledge and professional practice to ensure evidence-based, individualized care of patients and families from the multidisciplinary team. The CPM directs and develops clinical practice within the program across the patient care spectrum and manages multidisciplinary team competency. The Clinical Practice Manager supports orientation of newly hired staff, leads a comprehensive education strategy, and refines policies and procedures to govern practice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Mental Health Act and its application to clinical practice
