GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager, the analyst will provide data analytics and project management to the BH Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine Clinical Operations Team. The analyst will be responsible for providing advanced-level analysis, dashboards, and reports that support staffing, quality, administrative, and operational programs and activities. The analyst will demonstrate initiative and creativity in accessing, aggregating, and analyzing data, and provide support to department leadership in managing, interpreting, and visualizing data.
