Clinical Informaticist, Ancillary (Full Time, 40, Day)

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads and coordinates multidisciplinary clinical informatics activities with initiative management skills focused on the facilitation, requirements gathering, implementation and evaluation of clinical informatics activities with a specialization in ancillary/support and multidisciplinary workflows in accordance with department’s goals and objectives and mission of The Queen’s Health System (QHS).
• Ensures that the comprehensive approach to multidisciplinary clinical workflows is successfully accounted for in informatics activities that affect clinical teams in ancillary/support roles.
• Serves as a resource for Medical Staff and Medical Center departments, specializing in ancillary/support roles for assessing and planning clinical informatics or health information technology needs.
