Take a lead role in training as a Clinical Educator with ParaMed. You'll deliver essential education and training for field staff, ensuring quality care and compliance with best practices.
As a Clinical Educator, you will oversee the education plan for the district, including selecting preceptors for students and providing clinical orientation to nurses. Deliver necessary training programs and execute center-specific education to promote safe practices within the team. You'll also analyze educational needs to continuously improve training delivery.
