This full-time position involves managing around 30 client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, and fostering strong relationships through regular check-ins. You will work closely with media buyers to translate client needs into impactful strategies and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients seamlessly
• Perform monthly performance reviews and maintain communication
• Collaborate with media buying team for campaign alignment
• Proactively manage at-risk clients to prevent churn
• Keep client records up-to-date in ClickUp
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Agency experience in digital marketing is preferred
• Familiarity with Meta Ads platform
