Client Services Representative / Veterinary Receptionist

Located in Powell River, BC we are an established, fast-paced, busy veterinary hospital.

The Client Services Representative Position Involves The Following

• Serving the needs of our clients and their pets with professionalism and confidence
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Invoicing and processing payments
• Electronic Medical Record-keeping
• Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team
• Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area

The Successful Applicant Will Have

• Previous experience in client service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a large team
• Proficient computer skills
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred
• Saturday shifts are a requirement for this position
