Become a key player as a Client Services Representative in a busy laboratory setting. You'll ensure efficient processing of client samples, utilizing advanced systems while maintaining high communication standards.
This full-time position reports to the Client Services Team Leader and emphasizes top-notch client interactions. With at least one year of experience in a client services environment, preferred in labs, you’ll handle sample receiving, organization, and logistics. The role suits self-starters with strong IT skills, capable of managing feedback and clarity in client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and sort samples from clients accurately
• Use LIMS to log and label samples
• Prepare samples for processing and shipping
• Collaborate on project requirements with clients
